| OPTIC FIBERS -- Model FX2 |
Large
diameter rollers and 100 mm spacing between outer rollers
minimize damage to optic fibers and similar materials
that cannot withstand a small bending radius.
 Standard
roller material is Delrin plastic or, optionally,
aluminum (L).
Lightweight, low inertia 32 mm diameter rollers for
speeds up to 2000 m/min or, optionally, up to 4000 m/min
(K).

| NARROW WEBS/TAPES -- Model
RX2/BX2 |
Cylindrical
rollers are offered in 7, 10, 15, 20, 30, 36, 41, 50 and
100 mm lengths to measure tapes, bands, films and similar
materials. Roller length should not exceed 2x the width
of the material being measured.

| LIMITED ACCESS SPACE --
Model DX2F |
Long, flat fingers and miniature V-grooved rollers are used in applications where there is limited access space or where the running filaments are close together.
22 mm distance between outer rollers permits a narrow access "window" of only 1/2" x 1 - 1/2".
Rollers are rated for speeds up to 900 m/min. or, optionally, up to 2000 m/min (K).
Turned-up outer finger edges guide the running filament into the roller grooves, eliminating snags behind the rollers. |

| WARPS -- Model KXB |
A
reference frame makes it easy to scoop up the selected
number of ends for measurement and keeps the unit
perpendicular while it rests on the warp. K10, K30 &
EX ranges are supplied with a 10 mm sensing pin.
